We don't require deposits and no hidden fees!

You only pay for the meals & reasonable travel fees. Tips recommended.

Request your booking- book online, email to hibachionsite@gmail.com, or text to 380-261-0981.
Get a confirmation from us via email/text (we normally respond within 24 hours).
Send over your orders and the exact headcount 7 days in advance (via email/text).
Get the invoice from us (via email/text), and the chef will collect payment on the day of your event.
Set up tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests

If it rains, we can set up in your garage or under a covered. tent provided by the host.

In the event of extreme weather that makes it dangerous for the chef to drive we will reschedule the booking.
