Our minimum on food ordering is $500 (excluding travel fees & tips).

Request your booking- request online, email to hibachionsite@gmail.com, or text to 380-261-0981.

Get a confirmation from us via email/text (we normally respond within 24 hours).

Send over your orders and the exact headcount 7 days in advance (via email/text).

Get the invoice from us (via email/text), and the chef will collect payment on the day of your event.

On the day of your event- please provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests

1. What do you provide?
- The chef, grill, food, sake, and fun!!!
2. Do you provide tables and chairs?
- No, we don't. The customer will need to provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils.
3. What happens in case of bad weather?​
- In the event of bad weather, we have several options:

We can cook under a tent provided by the host.

Cooking in the garage is also a common and preferred option for most customers.

The customer may choose to set up indoors while the chef cooks outside or in the garage.
4. Do you cook with nuts or tree nuts?
- No, we don't use any products that contain nuts or tree nuts.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
- A 7-day notice is appreciated for any cancellations, so we can offer the spot to parties on our waitlist. We almost always have some waiting to book.
6. How long is the service?
- The chef will arrive ~10 mins early and stay for up to 90 mins.
7. What if we have guests who arrive late?
-The chef will begin cooking at the scheduled time and prepares all meals at once. Please have plates ready for late guests so the chef can place their food there.
8. How many guests can you accommodate?
- One chef can prepare meals for up to 30 guests. If there are more than 30 guests, we can assign an extra chef or helper.
