What happens in case of bad weather?
In the event of bad weather, we have several options:

- We can cook under a tent provided by the host.
- Cooking in the garage is also a common and preferred option for most customers.
- The customer may choose to set up indoors while the chef cooks outside or in the garage, and then brings the food in.

How long does the hibachi experience last?
Most private hibachi parties last between 60-90 mins depending on guest count and menu selections.
How many guests can you accommodate?
One chef can prepare meals for up to 30 guests. If there are more than 30 guests, we can assign an extra chef/helper.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your private hibachi event as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, since dates fill quickly.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 7-day notice is appreciated for any cancellations, so we can offer the spot to parties on our waitlist.
If it's weather-related, just let us know at least 48 hrs in advance based on the forecast.
Do you cook with nuts or tree nuts?
No, we don't use any products that contain nuts or tree nuts.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes. We can accommodate gluten-free options and common dietary restrictions including seafood allergies and dairy allergies. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when booking your hibachi event so our chefs can prepare accordingly.
What if we have guests who arrive late?
The chef will begin cooking at the scheduled time and prepare all meals at once.
Please have plates ready for late guests so the chef can place their food there.
