How It Works?
Please Note-
Our minimum on food ordering is $500 (excluding travel fees & tips).

Send over your orders and the exact headcount 7 days in advance (via email/text).

Get the invoice from us (via email/text), and the chef will collect payment on the day of your event.

What is Hibachi Onsite?
Hibachi Onsite is a private hibachi chef service where a professional chef cooks fresh meals live at your home, Airbnb, or event venue. We bring the full hibachi experience directly to you for a fun, interactive dining show.
Do you offer hibachi at home?
Yes, we specialize in hibachi at home experiences, bringing the chef, grill, and ingredients directly to your backyard, driveway, or private event space.
What areas do you serve?
We are Ohio based and serve Ohio & surrounding areas including Detroit, Ann Arbor, Indianapolis, Florence, Louisville, and nearby cities in Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky. Contact us to confirm availability in your location.
How much does hibachi catering cost?
We charge $55 per adult, and $25 per child. Pricing varies based on guest count, location, and menu selection. A reasonable travel fee may apply depending on your address.
Do you require a deposit?
No, we don't require a deposit.
Can you cook at an Airbnb or vacation rental?
Yes, we frequently provide hibachi experiences at Airbnb and vacation rentals for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and group getaways.
What types of events do you cater?
We cater birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events, family gatherings, anniversaries, and other special celebrations.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can accommodate seafood allergies, gluten-free diets, and vegan or vegetarian requests with advance notice.
How many guests can you serve?
We accommodate both small and large groups, and can scale the hibachi experience based on your event size.
What happens if it rains?
We offer flexible options including covered setups, garage or pavilion use, or rescheduling if needed. Weather concerns should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Read More Details Here
What if guests arrive late?
Our chef begins cooking at the scheduled time and prepares all meals during the session. Please note that chefs remain on-site for up to 90 minutes. To ensured everyone is served, please have plates available for any guests who arrive after cooking has started.
What happens if my chef is late?
In rare cases, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior events. If this happens, your chef will still arrive and complete the full hibachi experience.
Is gratuity required?
No, gratuity is not required, but it is greatly appreciated.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons, as dates fill up quickly.
